Individualised Living Options
Individualised Living Options is a new, highly flexible support item funded through the NDIS, which ensures people are not limited to disability homes. The support model is highly individualised, and the participant is able to combine formal and informal supports. Dynamic Care Services can assist those eligible to explore and design the package of supports that best suit their needs.
Short Term Supported Accommodation
Short term supported accommodation is available at many residences where Dynamic Care Services provides support as well as other accommodation settings.
Medium Term Supported Accommodation
Medium-term supported accommodation in a Dynamic Care Services managed a site is an option funded by the NDIS for those who require transitional housing while they wait for their permanent home to be ready to move in.
